Iron Path Capital (“Iron Path”) announced the closing of Iron Path Capital Fund II (“Fund II” or the “Fund”) with $450 million in total commitments. The Fund was oversubscribed and exceeded its hard cap, completing the fundraise in five months with strong support from both existing and new limited partners.
